CrossFit Collective Training
The workout lasts about one hour and covers skills like handstand practice, mobility and Olympic lifting (f.e.: deadlift, squats and cleans etc.)
WOD (workout of the day), which is usually about 20mins of a metcon workout, involving running, rowing with power movements mixed in.
You will need a towel, water and gym clothes. We look forward to seeing you there 🙂
