Doch Landwirte haben mit steigenden Energiekosten zu k\u00e4mpfen, wenn es darum geht, das richtige Klima in ihren Kunststoffgew\u00e4chsh\u00e4usern zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4re es also nicht toll, die Dachfl\u00e4che des Gew\u00e4chshauses f\u00fcr Solarenergie zu nutzen? Vor der Gr\u00fcndung von Hoop Solar hat er unter anderem bei GE im Bereich Produktion und Lieferkette gearbeitet. Kevin ist erst f\u00fcr kurze Zeit in Deutschland, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass er nicht bereits einige &#8222;deutsche Angewohnheiten&#8220; angenommen hat. Ein kleiner Funfact: Er tr\u00e4gt sehr gerne Socken in seinen Birkenstocks. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dr-ross-warren-55780313b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ross<\/a> kommt aus Gro\u00dfbritannien und hat im Bereich neuster Generationen und Entwicklungen von D\u00fcnnschicht-Photovoltaik promoviert. Was ihn neben seiner Profession besonders macht? Auch zu ihm ein kleiner Funfact am Rande: Er macht den besten Haferbrei und Tee in Berlin und l\u00e4uft Marathons vor dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Das Team kam ins MotionLab.Berlin und wurde Teil in unserem Batch 3 des Hardtech Innovation Programms, um ihre Idee f\u00fcr Solarenergie f\u00fcr Gew\u00e4chsh\u00e4user weiter vorran zu treiben und zu entwickeln, den Business Case zu validieren und das Fundraising zu starten. Im Rahmen des Programms konnten sie in allen Bereichen gro\u00dfe Fortschritte machen und ihre gesetzten Ziele Wo sonst gibt es einen so tollen Makerspace, einen Bus, in dem man Meetings haben kann, und n\u00e4chtliche Rave-Partys an einem Ort? Die Menschen hier sind so talentiert, bescheiden und hilfsbereit. Wir haben so viel Unterst\u00fctzung von Menschen erhalten, die uns bei unserer Mission geholfen haben, wof\u00fcr wir f\u00fcr immer dankbar sein werden. Es ist eine Gemeinschaft, die das, was Berlin so besonders macht, annimmt und es zu ihrem eigenen macht.&#8220; <\/p>\n<p>Ross und Kevin erinnern sich noch gut an ihre erste Programmwoche im Oktober 2023. &#8222;Es gab eine \u00dcbung, bei der wir mit einfachen Materialien (Strohhalme, Papier, Klebeband usw.) einen Prototyp unseres Produkts gebaut haben. In weniger als einer Stunde haben wir ein Modell unseres Produkts gebaut, auf welches wir heute noch sehr stolz sind.&#8220; Insbesonder die beschriebene \u00dcbung hat ihnen gezeigt, dass man bei der Hardwareentwicklung Konzepte schnell und kosteng\u00fcnstig demonstrieren kann, um sie zu validieren, sich einfachen Fehlern bewusst zu machen und zu verbessern. Mit der Hilfe ihres Mentors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/daniel-flynn-55242759\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dan Flynn<\/a>, der gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Community und den &#8222;wirklich besonderen Mitarbeitern&#8220;
