On the historic Schindler property in Mariendorf, a 400,000 sqm site is being transformed into a campus for deep tech and hardtech companies at every stage of growth. At its heart: 17,000 sqm of makerspace across 12 high-end labs. Spaces from 25 sqm to 1,500 sqm. Below-market rents made possible by €36M in Berlin Senate GRW funding.
A listed industrial hall, sensitively renovated. And a campus built to last – green, circular, and designed for more than 5,000 people a day.
