Responsibilities

Depending on your background and skills, you might find yourself doing things like:

  • Supporting our community of 500+ members, startups, and makers in their day-to-day needs
  • Contributing to events, programs, workshops, or accelerator initiatives
  • Helping operate and maintain our makerspace machinery (3D printers, laser cutters, CNC mills, and more)
  • Driving communications, marketing, or community-building efforts
  • Assisting with business development, partnerships, or corporate innovation projects
  • Bringing your own ideas to the table — and actually seeing them executed

Requirements

  • Genuine enthusiasm for hardware, deep tech, innovation, or the startup ecosystem
  • A proactive mindset – you identify problems and take initiative without waiting to be asked
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-moving team environment
  • No fear of ambiguity – we’re a growing company and things evolve quickly
  • Relevant experience or education in your field is appreciated, but motivation and mindset come first
