AMBER & Handwerkskammer Berlin | 3D printing in crafts: technology, materials, applications

Hands on 3D print in crafts: 3d printing technology, materials, applications by AMBER & Handwerkskammer Berlin

Additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing) has conquered many areas of manufacturing in recent years. This means that there are many areas of application in spare parts production, precision engineering and construction. From metal parts to medical products, food and concrete components, many things can now be printed. But how does it work and with which technologies and materials? This interactive workshop is for you!

  • Date & Time: 26.06.2024, 14:00 – 18:00
  • Location: MotionLab.Berlin Campus Alt-Treptow
  • Event Organiser: AMBER & Handwerkskammer Berlin
  • Tickets: https://www.hwk-berlin.de/termine/hands-on-3d-druck-91,0,evedetail.html?eve=494

This interactive workshop will show you which additive manufacturing (AM) processes are available, how an additively manufactured component is produced and which applications are suitable for use in the skilled crafts sector. You will get to know various processes live in action, try them out and talk to experts. At this event, you can open up new areas of application for your own company and benefit from the knowledge and practical experience of the AMBER network (“AMBER” is the “Additive Manufacturing Network Berlin-Brandenburg”).
