Robotic startups in the industry - Fridtjof at the german “Robotik Podcast”
"Sommerfolge: Geld, Wissen und Produktionsfläche für Robotik-Gründerinnen und Gründer"
How a hardware robot startup can succeed
Every second Monday, robotics experts Helmut Schmid and Robert Weber discuss topics around robotics in the industry. They regularly bring in experts from startups, SMEs and large companies to talk about new technologies and applications, markets, and education in the robotics field.
This week, I had the opportunity to talk with them about the challenges that hardware startups face in the industry, and how we plan to contribute to the solution with our new accelerator program called MakeUp Industrial Tech. We mainly talked about how IoT, robotics, and additive manufacturing startups can gain a foothold in a large and competitive industry, and the mistakes they should avoid on their path to success.

Helmut and Robert from Robotik Podcast: Thank you for the exciting talk and for the opportunity to share our experience from working with over a 100 hardware startups and our four successful accelerator programs in Berlin.
